Living the Fourth every day

Wow, I did not plan that at all. Today is day 444, and I found my Kairos journal, and am reading it now. I was on the 4th Kairos, and one of the most important things is to live the 4th. Thinking about it, I should have planned to do a major Kairos reflection today since it is day 444. Oh well, it worked out without having to plan it.

So I am reading my K4 journal, and one of the first things I have noticed is we are suppose to be open. I wrote a lot in the journal. I wrote things to make myself realize how open I was willing to be. I was willing to discuss things I do not even mention on my private blog.

As I am thinking about this, I realize I can only write so much here, and I need to write the rest in my Kairos password protected blog.
